City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
22nd day of September , 19_BCL. The following members were
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-699
DEFERRED ASSFSSMFNTS _ POW FrT Nn ons
WHEREAS, the following described parcels of homestneded land shall L-- assessed,
for the first 165 feet of frontage and curb and gutter,:,with„the paving and base
and water service being deferred at the established rate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL•'CF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following parcels shall be deferred for that portion of the
assessment that applies to the street portion of the assessment and the water
service in the manner as stated above for a period not to exceed five (5) years,
provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his
homestead, further subdivided during that five year per:rsd, the deferred assessment
shall become payable in full.
