RESOLUTION NO. 80 -697 ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS PROJECT 813 - OAKVIEW LANE WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for the following improvement: Oakview Lane from T.H. 55 north to its terminous, on the north side of T.H. 55 from Oakview Lane west approximately 1,100 feet, on an easement from Oakview Lane west tc Industrial Park Boulevard by the installation of watermain, storm sewer and bituminous street restoration and all necessary appurtenances NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Ui THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: as amended, 1. Such proposed assessment,/a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assess- ment levied against it. 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of 15 years, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1981, and shall bear interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this Resolution until December 31, 1981. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added intr.-rest for one year on all unpaid installments. 4. The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. 5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this Resolution is: Water lateral Water Area Storm Sewer Street 6.
