RESOLUTION NO. 80-694
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 806
WHEREAS, the following described parcels of unplatted homesteaded land shall be
assessed for the first 165 feet of frontage at a 7 -ton 32 foot rate, with the
balance deferred at a 9 -ton 36 foot rate; also sanitary sewer and watermain
laterals shallbeassessed for the first 165 feet of frontage with the balance
being deferred at the established rate per front foot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following, parcelsshallbe deferred for that portion of frontage
after the first 165 feet in the manner as stated above for a period not to exceed
five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the
owner for his homestead, further subdivided 'during 'that five year period, the
deferred assessment shall become payable in full.
