The following members were present: Maygr Hunt. ounnc�■mem ers Davenport, Neils and Schneider 179—M11101WIna r3 UP" ltPnt_ rnoinrilmnmha" Unto+ ARR ARA Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved is tion: RESOLUTION NO. 80 -693 ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS PROJECT 806 - PINEVIEW LANE AREA RRR WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessments for the following improvement: Pineview Lane from County Road 47 south to Minneapolis/St. Paul/Sault Saint Marie Railroad, Oakview Lane in Palmer Cove Addition, County Road 47 from County Road 10 to I-494, and Pineview Lan(-, `rom 49th Avenue to Minneapolis/ St. Paul/Sault Saint Marie Railroad by the installation of sanitary sewer laterals and trunk facilities, watermain laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous streets (9 -ton design on Pineview Lane and 7 -ton design on residential streets) with concrete curb and gutter, storm drainage facilities (including previously constructed facilities) and all necessary appurtenances. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: as amended I. Such proposed assessment,/a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be benefitted by the proposed improvement in the amount of the assess- ment levied against it. 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a 9� p��r`a�k�7�i"'�. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assessment to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the assess- ment on such property with interest accrued to the date of payment, to the City Finance Director, except that no interest shall be charged if the entire assess- ment is paid within 30 days from the adoption of this Resolution; and he may at any time thereafter, pay the City Finance Director, the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31, of the year in which such payment is made. 4. The -Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lists of the County and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. 5. The total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is: Sanitary Sewer Lateral $ 153,739.67 Water Lateral 153,907.26 Trunk Storm Sewer 121,179.50 Street 477,716.57 Water Area 174,657.20 Sanitary Sewer Area 117,870.00 $1,199,070.20
