Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of September 19 80. The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-692A
DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 804
WHEREAS, the following described parcels of unplatted homesteaded land shall be
assessed for curb and gutter only, with the street portion of the assessment
deferred at the established rate per front foot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following parcel shall be deferred for that portion of the
assessment pertaining to the street in the manner as stated above for a period
not to exceed five (5) years, provided, however, that if the property is sold,
not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that five year
period, the deferred assessment shall become payable in full.
