HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-689CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of September , 19 80 . The following members were present: Ma or Hunt Counci membersaven ort, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: unci mem er oyt Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-689 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR EDWARD SLIPKA FOR AN AGRICULTURAL USE AT 16415 - 9TH AVENUE NORTH (79063) WHEREAS, Edward Slipka has requested approval of a conditional use permit for an agricultural use involving the raising of racing pigeons at his residence in the R -1A zoning district at 16415 - 9th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional use permit renewal for Edward Slipka for an agricultural use at his residence at 16415 - 9th Avenue North subject to the following conditions: 1. The pigeons shall be contained in an approved shelter on the lot. 2. The pigeon shelter and the surrounding area shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 3. Pigeon manure shall not accumulate on the site. 4. No new construction without appropriate building permits. 5. There shall be a maximum of 60 birds at any given time. 6. Conditional use permit subject to annual renewal. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by' Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote in favor t ereo : atyor Hunt, Councilmemaers Davenport, Neils and Schneider The following voted against or abstained; None Whereupon the Resolution was declared d6ly,passed and adopted. +rr�iM '.< w*!; ;; err►
