Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of September 19 80 . The following members were
present: Ma or Hunt Councilmembers Daven ort, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-686
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO AND RELATED TO PUBLICATION OF SAID
ORDINANCE FOR REZONING OF LAND LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 9
AND PLYMOUTH BOULEVARD (OUTLOT D, PLYMOUTH HILLS ADDITION) (80043)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an ordinance rezoning certain land in
Section 16 at the southwest corner of County Road 9 and Plymouth Boulevard
from B-1 (office limited business) District to R-2 (shopping center business)
District for a portion of Outlot D, Plymouth Hills Addition to be used as a
site for an auto care center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to and related to publication of said ordinance:
1. Conditions 1-3 of the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. A right -in, right -out single joint drive shall be provided between Vicksburg
Lane and Plymouth Boulevard onto County Road 9, and if acceleration and
deceleration lanes are required, they shall be provided at developer's expense.
3. Design and layout subject to platting and site plan approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
foTTowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Neils and Schneider
