Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, aspecial mee!ing of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth,inhfnesota was hTd o—n—the
22nd Jay of September '19 80 . The following members were
present: Ma or Hunt, Councilmem ers aven ort, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember_Hoyt_
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-685
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND
LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 9 AND VICKSBURG LANE (80013)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an ordinance rezoning certain land in
the southwest corner of County Road 9 and iicksburg Lane from FRD (future
restricted development) District to R-2 (low density multiple residence) District
for a Residential Planned Unit Development for Gar -Lar Properties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following to be met prior to
publication of said ordinance:
In accordance with provisions of Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance,
said ordinance shall not be published and made effective until the
final plat and plan has been approved for the Residential Planned
Unit Development for Gar -Lar Properties known as "Plymouth Hills
Estates".
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mayor Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing voted in favor t ereo : Mavor Hunt. Cgunj lmerbers Davenport and
