CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
1Sth day of September 19 80. The following members were
present: Acting Mayor avenpor ouncilmemTiers_ Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Neils
Copncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-680
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
DOWNTOWN PLYMOUTH - CONTRACT II
PROJECT NO. 853 AND 911
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 12, dated September 5, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc. has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 12 in the amount of $114,756.65 to Progressive Contractors, Inc. for
Project 853 and 911.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
