Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of September 19 80. The following members were

Co4ncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 670
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 002
VICKSBURG LANE
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 1, dated September 3, 1980, for Progressive
Contractors, Inc., has been prepared by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 1 in the amount of $221,349.77 to Progressive Contractors, Inc.
for Project 002.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote -in—favor the -oT: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
The fo owing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
