CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of September 1980 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Daven ort, Councilmem-Fers Hoyt and Schneider

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
move its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-668
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. T`8 - COUNTY ROAD 15 BIKEWAY
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to County Road 15 Bikeway:
1. Install split rail fence along retaining walls,
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 708 is recommended for approval,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 708 adding $4,110.00 is approved
and the original contract price of $325,758.00 is revised to $329,868.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
