Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-667
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
PROJECT NO. 506 - HIGHWAY 101 AND COUNTY 6 IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following change
to the Highway 101 improvement project:
1) Install sign for District 284 Administration Building
and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Project 506 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for Project 506 adding $2,600.00 to the contract
is approved and the existing contract price of $1,459,748.43 is revised to
$1,462,348.43.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
Hoft and Schneider
The fo owing voted against or abstained: INV11C
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
