Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
15th day of _ September , 1980 . The following members were
present: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schnieder
The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember NeMs .
Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 80- 662
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR NORTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE
TOLL SWITCHING AND MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT BUILDINGS (A-386)
WHEREAS, the site plan for the Northwestern Bell Telephone Toll Switching
and Maintenance Equipment Buildings located at 13300 15th Avenue North was
approved under City Council Resolution No. 74-69; and
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $5,000; and
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that required site improvements had
been accomplished, City Staff has inspected said site and recommends release
of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the site performance bond No. 400 EA 0529 in the amount of $5000 which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for the Northwestern Bell Telephone
Toll Switching and Maintenance Equipment Buildings located at 13300 15th
Avenue North.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor t ereo : None
