R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING C ONSULTING E NGINEER FOR THE
P RELIMINARY E NGINEERING OF THE C OUNTY R OAD 47 (C OUNTY R D 101 TO C OUNTY R D 61)
R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (ST220001)
WHEREAS, the County Road 47 Reconstruction project is listed in the approved 2021-2030
Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to three engineering firms that have expertise to
deliver the project; and
WHEREAS, three proposals were received and evaluated by a panel of city staff from public
works, parks and recreation, community development and administrative services; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. be designated as the consulting
engineer for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. is designated as the City’s consulting engineer for the
said project in the amount of $338,825.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding for these services shall be from the Street
Reconstruction Fund.
