R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-052
R ESOLUTION A CCEPTING A P ERPETUAL C ONSERVATION E ASEMENT
FOR THE W ESTIN R IDGE S TREAM M ITIGATION S ITE
WHEREAS, West Plymouth Development, Inc. and Westin Ridge Homeowners Association have
requested the City of Plymouth accept a perpetual conservation easement within a platted outlot in the
development; and
WHEREAS, the owner’s property is legally described as:

Outlot C, Westin Ridge 2 4thAddition.
WHEREAS, the conservation easement would restrict the grantor from tree removal and
construction of structures, including pools and sheds, within the easement, and all related facilities must
still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, the easement area will be signed with appropriate monument signage and recorded
against the property at the grantor’s expense.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the perpetual conservation easement for the Westin Ridge stream mitigation site is
accepted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of February, 2021.
