R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-047
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING “N O P ARKING” R ESTRICTIONS FOR R OADWAYS WITHIN THE
C RANBERRY R IDGE D EVELOPMENT (2020-041)
WHEREAS, due to the approved street design used in this development and the need to permit
access for larger vehicles, including emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, the City Engineer has recommended that “No Parking” signs be placed at certain locations in the
Cranberry Ridge Development; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the installation of “No Parking” signs is authorized at the following locations in the
Cranberry Ridge Development:
1. The southwest side of 45th Avenue from the beginning of the Cranberry Ridge development
plat through and including the southeast cul-de-sac.
