R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-044
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDERS N O. 10-11 FOR THE
V ICKSBURG L ANE AND F ERNDALE R OAD P AVEMENT
R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST199005)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as the owner, and Valley Paving, Inc. as the contractor, have
entered into an agreement for the Vicksburg Lane and Ferndale Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project.
Said agreement was approved by the City Council on March 10, 2020; and
WHEREAS, changes were made during construction that are not covered under the City’s
contract with Valley Paving, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 10 is for additional traffic control; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 11 is for subgrade repairs, replacement of aggregate base, and
pavement repairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Orders No. 10-11 in the total amount of $70,107.94 are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of February, 2021.
