R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C HANGE O RDER N O. 2 FOR THE
2020 X ENIUM L ANE W ATER M AIN R EHABILITATION (WA200001)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as the owner, and Michels Pipe Services as the contractor, have
entered into an agreement for the 2020 Xenium Lane Water Main Rehabilitation. Said agreement was
approved by the City Council on May 12, 2020; and
WHEREAS, changes were made during construction that are not covered under the City’s
contract with Michels Pipe Services; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 was incorporated into the project scope and included the
replacement of additional fire hydrants adjacent to the project area; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 includes additional work to accommodate and address changes
in site conditions related to underground utility infrastructure.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 in the total amount of $153,668.36 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 9th day of February, 2021.
