The following members were present: ng Tc Mayor i members Hoyt and Schneider The following members were absent: Mayor Hunt, CouncilmemberrNevs"—'— tf* Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved is adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-647 APPROVAL OF AMENDED SITE PLAN AND VARIANCE FOR CRAMER-WEIR COMPANY, INC./SCOVILLE PRESS LOCATED AT 2525 FERNBROOK LANE (A-843) WHEREAS, Cramer -Weir Company, Inc./Scoville Press has requested approval of an amended site plan and variance for Scoville Press located at 2525 Fernbrook Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE rITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Cramer -Weir Company, Inc./Scoville Press for an amended site plan and variance for Scoville Press located at 2525 Fernbrook Lane subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2, Submittal of required site performance guarantee to be termed for 24 months. 3. Addition of 6 over -story trees to be distributed throughout the site. 4. Any proposed signage in addition to existing signage shall be in accordance with ordinance standards; any free-standing signage located on the site abutting Fernbrook Lane shall be determined in accordance to the building on that site. 5. No outside storage of trash, trash containers, or production materials is permitted. 6. A zoning varinace shall be allowed to construct the Phase II building on the site of the existing building; two buildings shall be allowed on one site. Resolution # 80-647 Page 2 7. No other variances shall be granted. 8. Requiring approval of variance from the City's Fire Code to be subject to approval of the Fire Inspector and installation of other protective measures required by the Fire Inspector. u
