The following members were present: Acting Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Ho t and Schneider The follow ng members were absent: Mayor Hunt, Councilmember Neils Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-645 APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "CIRCLE STAR BUSINESS CENTER 4TH ADDITION" FOR K. B. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY II AND RAUENHORST CORPORATION (80028) WHEREAS, K. B. Development Company II and Rauenhorst Corporation have requested approval of the final plat for "Circle Star Business Center 4th Addition", a plat for two lots located on 5.66 acres located in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of 28th Place with Fernbrook Lane and a development contract therefore; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval; and, WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared a development contract covering the improvements related to said plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of K. B. Development Company II and Rauenhorst Corporation for final plat approval of "Circle Star Business Center 4th Addition", a plat for two lots located in the southwest quad- rant of the intersection of 28th Place with Fernbrook Lane; FURTHER, that the development contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the development contract on behalf of the City. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting_Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt and Schneider The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an a op e .
