Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
2nd day of September , lg 80 The following members
were present: Mayor Hun , uriunci I members15avenpor-f-,lQeils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Co Unci member Hoyt
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 643
REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF TAX FORFEIT PARCEL
TO THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH FOR PUBLIC USE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, has received from
the County of Hennepin a description of land within its corporate limits which
has become the property of the State of Minnesota for non-payment of real estate
taxes; and
WHEREAS, the parcel of land described below has heretofore been classified by
the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conser-
vation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by the said
Board of County Commissioners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, acting pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282, that said classification by
said Board of Commissioners of the parcel of land described as non -conservation land
is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the parcel be conveyed pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 282 for
public use as hereinafter shown:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davennnrt, Neils
and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: Nanp
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
