Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of September , 19 80. The following members were

Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80$38
RESCLU'IION FOR HEARING CN PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
FROJECT 920 - TURTLE LAKE SANITARY SEWER TRUNK AND WATER TRUNK
WHEREAS, by a Resclutior passed by the Ccuncil on September 2, 1960, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a propcsed assessment of the total ccst of the following
improvements:
1. The west leg cf the Turtle Lake Trunk Sewer to Point "C"
2. Trunk water main along Vicksburg Lane from Cc. Rd. 9 to north line
of Section 16.
by the installation of watermain trunk facilities, sanitary sewer trunk facilities
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk: for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 1980, in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment
and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least
two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice the total cost
of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given
to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted 1n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport.
