Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t e 2nd day of
September , 19 80. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt,
Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-637
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECTS 906 AND 919
AMERIKS 1ST ADDITION AND MEDICINE RIDGE AREA
WHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on September 2, 1980, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following
improvements:
1. Medicine Ridge Road from 26th Ave. North, northwesterly for approximately
1750 feet
2. 28th Avenue North, west of Medicine Ridge Road
3. 27th Avenue North, west of Medici�ie Ridge Road
4. Revere Lane from Medicine Lake Boulevard to Medicine Lake Road
5. 28th Avenue North from Medicine Ridge Road to Nathan Lane
6. Quaker Lane from 28th Avenue North to Medicine Ridge Road
7. 27th Avenue west of Quaker Lane
8. Pilgrim Lane from 28th Avenue North to 26th Avenue -North
9. Nathan Lane from 28th Avenue North to 26th Avenue North
10. 26th Avenue North from Medicine Lake Boulevard to Nathan Lane
by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, sanitary sewer
laterals, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all
necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:

1. A hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 1980, in the
City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed
assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property
affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard
with reference to such assessment.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper
at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and shall state in the notice
the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed
notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assess-
ment roll.
