The fol lowing +rEembers were present: Mayor Hunt, ounce mem ersavenpo�, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: councilmember Hoyt Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 636 RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJFCT 846 RAPPAPORT ADDITION APEA WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 2, 1980, the City Clerk was directed to prepared a proposed assessment of the total cost of the following improvements: 1. 30th Avenue from West Medicine Lake Drive to Larch Lane 2. Larch Lane from 30th Avenue southeasterly approximately 532 feet and from 30th Avenue North approximately 179 feet 3. Magnolia Lane northwesterly from 30th Avenue 4. Medicine Lake Drive from 30th Avenue southeasterly approximately 292 feet and from 30th Avenue northwesterly approximately 610 feet by the installation of watermain laterals, sanitary sewer laterals and trunk far.ilities, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and filed in she office of the City Clerk for public inspection; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY14'0UTH, MINNESOTA: 1. A hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 1980, in the Cf.y Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevai4, Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:30 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing. and shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by oColl Gilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the fool owing voted In eiii"`r o : Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider The following Voted against or abstained; None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed an a pted.
