Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of

its adoption:

CALLING HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
STREET LIGHTING
1980

WHEREAS, by a Resolution passed by the Council on September 2, 1980, the City Clerk
was directed to prepare a proposed assessment for the cost of operating and main-
taining street lights within certain areas of Plymouth as follows:

WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has been
completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 1980 at 7:30 p.m., in
the City Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota to pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and
place all pers ms owning property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published in the official newpaper at least two weeks
prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the total cost of the
improvement. The City Clerk shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the
owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
