Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of

RESOLUTION NO. 80-631
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
PROJECT 914 - 16TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of:
1. 16th Avenue from County Road 6 to State Highway 55
by the installation of watermain laterals and trunk facilities, sanitary sewer
laterals and trunk facilities, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter,
storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances and the contract price for such
improvement is $207,134.96 and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the
makingof said improvement amount to $54,270.50, so the total cost of the improve-
ment will be $261,405.46 and of th s cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share
of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1, The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $261,405.46.
2. It is further determined that the following charges for water trunk
main, pumping and storage facilities and sanitary sewer trunk facilities
for the above referenced project shall be applied to the existing land
use zoning.
Water Area
Commercial: $1425.00 per acre
Sanitary Sewer Area
Commercial: $900.00 per acre

3. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land with the district
affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public
inspection.
4. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the
Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by ' Gminrilmlogr Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon the
fol owing Vot 1n avor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
