The following members were present: Mavor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None wvX Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-630 RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT PROJECT 908 - MEDINA ROAD AREA WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of: 1. Medina Road from Vicksburg Lane to 28th Avenue 2. 28th Avenue from Niagara Lane to Medina Road 3. Ranchview Lane from 32nd Ave. to Medina Road 4. 31st Avenue from Ranchview Lane east to its terminus by the installation of watermain lateral, sanitary sewer, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $859,790.67, and the expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to $197,036.54, so the total cost of the improvement will be $1,056,827.21, and of this cost the City will pay $0.00 as its share of the cost; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to be $1,056,827.21. 2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the Clerk for public inspection. 3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such.proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted n favor ereo Mayor Hunt ._Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider ine Toiiowing voteo against or abstained: P Whereupon the Resolution was, declared duly pa
