Special Council Meeting
January 26, 2021
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. on January 26,
2021.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, McGregor, Roehl, Davis, and Prom.
Councilmembers Roehl, McGregor, and Willis participated remotely per State Statute 13D.021).
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister,Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Community
Development Director Juetten, Economic Development Manager Parr, Public Safety Director Goldstein,
Deputy Police Chief Fadden, Fire Chief Coppa, Public Works Director Thompson, Parks and Recreation
Director Evans, Community Development Coordinator Lupini, Senior Planner Sommers, and City Clerk
Engdahl.
City Center 2.0
Pat Kressin, Diane Williams, and Ed Freer from the consultant team of Graef and Zan Associates,
presented the City Center 2.0 study.
City Engineer LaBounty highlighted City infrastructure and street projects in the City Center area in the
next five years.
Council discussed the study and noted they would continue this discussion at the regular meeting this
evening(item No. 8.5).
Future Study Sessions
Council scheduled the following study sessions:
April 13 at 5:30 p.m.—instant runoff voting
June 8 at 5:30 p.m.—Highway 55 BRT and MN/DOT access improvements
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 7:01 p.m. /
