Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of September , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hot Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: — one
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 622
REQUEST FOR DAYMENT NO. 6 AND FINAL
23rd AVENUE, 25th AVENUE AND CHESHIRE LANE
PROJECT NO. 805
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as Owner and Northdale Construction Co. as Contractor
have entered into an agreement for the improvement of 23rd Avenue, 25th Avenue and
Cheshire Lane utility and street improvements, said Agreement being dated August 17,
1978; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the Final Request for Payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $221,447.50 and no change
orders were approved, and the value of the work completed and
certified to date is $233,277.77.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Project No. 805 and
certified to the Council by the Engineer as acceptable be and the
same if hereby released from the contract except as to the conditions
of the Performance Bond, any and all legal rights of the Owner,
required guarantees and Corrections of Faulty Work after Final Payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 6 and Final in the amount of $4,665.56 to
Northdale Construction Co. for Project No. 805 is hereby approved and
the City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to pay
the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ma or Hunt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
tollowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers DavenimEt.
Hot Neils and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
