Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of September , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-621
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
SHILOH AND GLEANLOCH PARKS
PROJECT NO. 930/931
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated August 7, 1980, for London Construction
Company, has been prepared by David A. Kirscht Associates, Inc. an' payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 4, in the amount of $3,829.86 to London Construction Company for
Project 930/931.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilrnember Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo a in favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
