Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
2nd day of September , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport Neils and Schneider _
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-620
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
MEDINA ROAD AREA STREETS
PROJECT NO. 908
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 7, dated August 22, 1980, for Jerome P. Begin
Contracting Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates,
Inc. and payment is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment of Request for
Payment No. 7 in the amount of $65,323.75 to Jerome P. Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 908.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor there -o : Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport

None—
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed And adopted.
