Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of September , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Councimem ers avenporT,--Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: councilmemBer
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-619
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
1980 STREET SURFACING PROJECT
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to 1980 Street Surfacing Project:
1. Extend completion date to September 30, 1980
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for 1980 Street Surfacing Project is recommended
for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 2 for 1980 Street Surfacing Project is approved and
the existing contract price of $1,051,175.85 is not changed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote beingq taken thereon, the
0 owing voted in favor thereof: _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Npilg and eider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
