Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of September , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers avenpo77U, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: Councilmember Hoyt
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-618
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER. NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 812 - PUMPHOUSE NO. 5
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Pumphouse No. 5-:
1. Install an additional pair of control wires at Zachary Lane reservoir
and additional wiring required at the Treatment Plant.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 812 is recommended for approval
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 812 adding $789.14 is approved and
the original contract price of $77,889.00 is revised to $78,678.14.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken tiaereon �he
following vote 5 avor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Counci— members avenpbr ,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
