Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

The following members were absent: one
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 616
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
EAST MEDICINE LAKE PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has made a pre -application for Federal and
State funds to be used for the redevelopment of East Medicine Lake
Park, and
WHEREAS, the State Planning Agency has asked Plymouth to submit a formal
grant application by October 3, 1980, and
WHEREAS, this application requires the submittal of formal plans and
drawings, and
WHEREAS, the consultant firm of Bather, Ringrose, Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner,
Inc. is currently under contract with the City as the consultant for six
community playfields;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the attached agreement between owner and engineer/
architect for professional services is hereby amended to include Council
approved work on the East Medicine Lake grant application and that the Mayor
and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute same with Bather, Ringrose,
Wolsfeld, Jarvis, Gardner, Inc. on behalf of the City of Plymouth. The total
cost for this additional work is not to exceed $16,000.00.
