RESOiLUTION N0, 80-613
DENYING RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND USE GUIDING, REZONING AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR ROBERT REINKE AT 12610-12630 15TH AVENUE NORTH (80009)
WHEREAS, Robert Reinke has requested approval of reclassification of land use
guiding, rezoning and conditional use permit for three two-family dwellings at
12610-12630 15th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
scheduled public hearing and has recommended denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request of Robert
Reinke for reclassification of land use guiding, rezoning and conditional use
permit for three two-family dwellings at 12610-12630 15th Avenue North because
it is not consistent with the single family character of the area.
