Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2nd day of September , 19 80 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci mem ers Davenport, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: ounce mem er Hoyt
Councilmember Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-612
SETTING A CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION FOR
RICHARD OLSON (80033)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Richard
Olson at 14715 County Road 47 in Resolution No. 80- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following condition to be
met prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation:
Appropriate easements as determined by the City Engineer shall be
submitted prior to filing of the lot division/consolidation with
Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in avor t ereo : None
The lollowing voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
