Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a c Arial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was the
2nd day of September , 19 ED . The following memhers were
present: Mayor HuHupt. Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO, 80- 610
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION
FOR DOMINIUM GROUP, INC. (79071)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a lot division/consolidation for Dominium
Group, Inc., Resolution No. 80- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be
met prior to filing of said lot division/consolidation:
1. Submittal of necessary utility and drainage easements as determined by and
approved by the City Engineer prior to filing of the lot division/consolida-
tion.
2. No building permits to be issued until lot division/consolidation has been
filed with Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoMncilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted In favor t ereo yor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
