Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 80-609
APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND CONSOLIDATION FOR EXISTING UNPLATTED PROPERTY
FOR DOMINIUM GROUP, INC. (79071)
WHEREAS, Dominium Group, Inc. has requested a division and consolidation of
existing unplatted property within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following division and
consolidation and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon C'ty policy when the consolidation is approved
by Hennepin County:

To be divided and consolidated into the following two parcels:
PARCEL A: All that part or portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 35, Township lid, Range 22 described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of said Section 35; thence westerly along the south
line of said quarter -quarter to a point where said line intersects the
center of the West Medicine Lake Road as now laid out; thence north-
westerly along the centerline of said West Medicine Lake Road to its
intersection with the south line of Registered Land Survey No. 1009;
thence east along the south line of said Registered Land Survey No.
1009 to the east line of said quarter -quarter section; thence south
along the east line of said quarter section to the point of beginning.
Except that part thereof described as follows: Commencing at the
southwest corner of said quarter -quarter; thence East along the south
line thereof a distance of 727 feet; thence left at an angle of 104
degrees 15 minutes a distance of 138 feet to the place of beginning
of the tract to be excepted; thence continuing on the last described
course a distance of 60 feet; thence left at an angle of 90 degrees
a distance of 225 feet, more or less, to the centerline of West Medicine
Lake Road; thence southeasterly on the centerline of said West Medicine
Lake Road a distance of 61.8 feet to its intersection with a line drawn
from the point of beginning, parallel with the north line of the tract
herein excepted; thence northeasterly a distance of 210 feet, more or
less, to the place of beginning.

Also except the east 30.00 feet of the south 497.00 feet, as measured
at right angles to the east and south lines, of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 114, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B: That part of the south 15 acres of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 36, Township 118, Range.22, Hennepin County, Minnesota
described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Tract A,
Registered Land Survey No. 694; thence northeasterly along the centerline
of South Shore Drive a distance of 268.00 feet to the actual point of
beginning; thence northwesterly at right angles 200 feet; thence
southwesterly to a point in the northerly extension of the west line of
said Tract A distant 114.48 feet north from the northwest corner thereof;
thence south to the southwest corner of said Tract A; thence west to the
southwest corner of the south 15 acres of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter; thence north to the northwest corner of said south 15
acres; thence east along the north line thereof to the centerline of South
Shore Drive; thence southwesterly to the point of beginning; except the
road.
Together with the east 30.00 feet of the south 497 feet, as measured
at right angles to tlfie east and south lines, of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by CRuncilmember Hoyt and upon vote bein taken thereon, the
fol voted in ravor thereof: -Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
