Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was Fiefon the
2nd day of September 1980 . The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 607
APPROVING SITE PLAN REVISION FOR WALLACE E. FREEMAN FOR WILLOW CREEK APARTMENTS
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 55 WITH
NATHAN LANE (A-323)
WHEREAS, Wallace E. Freeman has requested approval of a site plan revision for
Willow Creek apartments located at the southwest quadrant of the intersection of
State Highway 55 with Nathan Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Wallace E.
Freeman for site plan revision for Willow Creek Apartments located at the south-
west quadrant of the intersection of State Highway 55 with Nathan Lane
subject to the following conditions:
1. The original landscape plan shall be completed as specified.
2. Ten (10) more evergreen trees of Norway Pine variety 6 feet in height be used
to add screening between the two berms.
3. Requiring a landscape bond for 18 months duration.
4. Requiring any drainage problems verified by the City ti be corrected along
the west property line.
5. Requiring compliance with the Engineer's memorandum.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Councilmember Davenport , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: mayor Hunt, Council bers Davenport,
Hoyt. Neils and Schneider .

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
