HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-601CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held the 25th day of August 19 80. The following members were 10 present: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-601 AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT PROJECT NO. 951 1979 SANITARY SEWER TV WORK WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated August 15, 1980, for PSG/American Consulting Services, has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment is recommended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for Payment No. 4 in the amount of $950.59 to PSG/American Consulting Services for Project 951. Schpeider The following vote against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly E EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in the City of Plymouth on Monday, August 25, 1980, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Howard Hunt, Councilmembers David J. Davenport, Patricia Hoyt, Gerald Neils, Virgil Schneider and the following were absent: None The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for the consider- ation of the bids which had been received for the purchase of $6,660,000' General Obligation Bonds of 1980, consisting of $5,900,000 General Obliga- tion Improvement Bonds of 1980, $385,000 General Obligation Storm Sewer Bonds of 1980 and $375,000 General Obligation Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds of 1980, as advertised for sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits showing publication of notice of sale in the official newspaper and in Commercial West, a financial paper published in Minneapolis, Minnesota, which affidavits were examined and found satisfactory and ordered placed on file. The City Clerk presented the sealed bids which had been received prior to the time specified in the notice of sale, which were then opened and tabulated.
