HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-599CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Ik 25th day of August , 19 80. The following members were present: Mayor Hunt. Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt. Neils &id Schneider The following members were absent: None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the followinc Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80-599 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND WESTLAWN ADDITION (A-267) WHEREAS, in accordance with the Development Contract, dated September 22, 1978, George Larson, developer of Westlawn Addition (A-267), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development, and WHEREAS, the Developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below, and WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a reduction of the Development Bond to reflect the completed work, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NEW AMOUNT Street Construction $ 13,907.50 -0- Sanitary Sewer 5,616.00 -0- Watermain 4,828.00 -0- Storm Sewer 1,124.00 -0- Boulevard Sod 1,800.00 -0- Pond or Ditch Construction 900.00 -0- Street Signs 150.00 -0- Street Sweeping & Storm Sewer Cleaning 300.00 -0- Erosion Control 250.00 -0- Site Grading 4,500.00 -0- TOTALS $ 33,375.50 -0- That the Letter of Credit which was previously reduced to $17,654 be reduced to 0 to reflect the completed work. FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the street construction, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer are accepted, as of August 25, 1980 for continual maintenance subject to the one year guarantee by the developer.
