Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meetino_ of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
25th day of August , 1980 . The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci members Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider

Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 597
ACCEPTING PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT TO 19TH AVENUE NORTH IN
OAKDALE WEST VIA A PROPOSED CONNECTION TO HIGHWAY 101
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council accepts the petition from Don D. Myron, the owner
of Oakdale blest, for necessary utilities and street to provide a
connection of 19th Avenue North to Highway 101.
The petition is hereby referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik &
Associates, Inc. for study and that they are instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in
a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible
and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improve-
ment as recommended.
The motion for the adontion of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereo : _Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt,
Neils and Schneider
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
