HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-595CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heiid-on the ___25th day of _ Augu5t , 19 80 . The following members were present: Mayor Hunt. Coungilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider . The following members were absent: None Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 80-595 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL. PLAT OF AND RELATIVE TO "MISSION PONDS 2ND ADDITION REVISED" FOR MISSION PONDS PARTNERSHIP(A-338) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat/plan and development contract for "Mission Ponds 2nd Addition Revised" (RPUD 75-2) as requested by Mission Ponds Partnership; and WHEREAS, said plat represents a revision of Mission Ponds 2nd Addition and involves a reduction of the number of units from 23 to 17; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to recording of said plat and relative to said plat approval: I. Compliance with the provisions of the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. Administrative Staff is authorized to refund park dedication fees for six units in the amount of $1,980 (reference invoice #2459). 3. Approval is subject to all applicable conditions and requirements as contained in development contracts for Mission Ponds and Mission Ponds 2nd Addition. 4. All Landscaping and site improvements shall be in accordance with the approved final plan subject to ordinance site improvement guarantee requirements; approved revisions as to building location and parking spaces to be incorporat- ed on the landscape plan and grading plan prior to issuance of permits. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by CnajnrJlmft@r , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport, Upyt - Neils and Schneider The'following voted against or abstained: N1 Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pas � tt o ana aaopten.
