HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1980-594CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, .i special meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, i,9 nne��ota was helT on the 5th day of August , 19 80 - The following members were present: ,Mayor Hunt.Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider The following members were absent: None memLh Lar Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and movedits ado ption: RESOLUTION NO. 30-594 APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND FINAL RPUD PLAN FOR "MISSION PONDS 2ND ADDITION REVISED" FOR MISSION PONDS PARTNERSHIP (A-338) WHEREAS, Mission Ponds Partnership hag requested appproya,i of revi_si.ons to the final plat, RPUD plan, and development contract for "Mission Ponds 2nd Addition" which was approved by City Council Resolution No. 79-703 as the second phase of the Mission Ponds development located at the northwest corner of Zachary Lane and 36th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the proposed revisions involve a reduction of the number of units from 23 to 17 and related adjustments to the approved site plan; and, WHEREAS, City Staff has determined that the development contract approved and executed for Mission Ponds 2nd Addition per Resolution No, 79-703 applies to the revised final plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mission Ponds Partner- ship for approval of final plat, final RPUD plan for RPUD 76-2 "Mission Ponds 2nd Addition Revised", a residential plat consisting of 17 townhouse units located at the northwest corner of Zachary Lane and 36th Avenue North; FURTHER, the development contract for Mission Ponds 2nd Addition approved under Resolution No. 79-703 be deemed to apply to "Mission Ponds 2nd Addition Revised". The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n, favor ereo : mayor Hunt, Councilmember Davenport, Hoyt. Neils and Schneider ine roiiowing votes'against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paised and adopted.
