Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
25th_ day of August , 19 80 . The following members were

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-593
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND RELATIVE TO FINAL PLAT FOR WIND
RIDGE AT BASS LAKE 2ND ADDITION FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION CO. (A-755)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a final plat for Wind Ridge At Bass Lake
2nd Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following to be met prior
to filing and relative to final plat for Wind Ridge At Bass Lake 2nd Addition:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Completion of the Oakwood Lane vacation procedures.
3. Compliance with applicable provisions of the final plat approval and
development contract per Resolution No. 78-433.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
