Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held F, the
25th day of August , 19 80 , The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hoyt and Schneider
The following members were absent: Counci me er Neils
.ouncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its p ion:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 591
APPROVING REVISED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION CO. FOR
"WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE" AT THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF
THE S00 LINE RAILROAD TRACKS AND PINEVIEW LANE (A-755)
WHEREAS, Lundgren Bros. Construction Co. has requested approval of a revised
preliminary plat for "Wind Ridge At Bass Lake" at the northeast quadrant of
the intersection of the Soo Line Railroad tracks and Pineview Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has consivared the request at a duly called
public hearing and recommends its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLY-
MOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Ludngren Bros. Construction Co. for the revised preliminary plat of "Wind Ridge
At Bass Lake" at the northeast quadrant of the intersection of the Soo Line
Railroad tracks and Pineview Lane subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance with applicable provisions of Resolution No. 77-490.
3. Revised lot sizes to be verified against original preliminary plat approval
lot sizes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
,o ncilmember Hoyt and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Hoyt and Schneider
The following voted against ora stained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
