Pursuant to due call and notice therr-r, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of August , 19_Lo_. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers Davenport, Hot Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80- 576
AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
1980 STREET SURFACING
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 3, dated August 11, 1980, for Hardrives, Inc. has
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. and payment is
recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request
for Payment No. 3 in the amount of $118,892.00 to Hardrives, Inc. for 1980 Street
Surfacing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Magor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Ho t, Neils and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
