Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of August , 19__K. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt Councilmembers DavenRort, Hoy -t. Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR PAYMENT
PROJECT NO. 802
LARCH LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, Request for Payment No. 4, dated August 6, 1980, for Jerome Begin Contracting
Co., has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. and payment
is recommended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on Request for
Payment No. 4 in the amount of $82,831.23 to Jerome Begin Contracting Co. for
Project 802.
