Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of August , 1980 . The following members were
present: —Mo or Hgnt. Councilme4ers
The following members were absent: None
Councilmembir Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-573
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT 925 - CRITERION M.P.U.D. UTILITIES
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to Project 925 - Criterion M.P.U.D. Utilities:
1. Maximum deflection of PVC sewer pipe shall be 5%.
AND, WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Project 925 - Criterion M.P.U.D. Utilities
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 925 - Criterion M.P.U.D. Utilities
is approved and the original contract price of $551,839.80 is not revised.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember H29t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing voted n favor ereo : Magor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Ho t, Neils and Schneider
The following voted against orabstained: - None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly,passed and adopted.
