CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of Au ust , 19 80. The following members were
present: Mayor Hunt, Counci members Davenport, Hoyt, Neils and Schneider
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-568
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
GARRISON'S PARKBROOKE ADDITION (79018)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 80-532 on August 4, 1980 approving
an amended development contract for Garrison's Parkbrooke Addition, and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested that the City reconsider the distribution of
the costs of the improvements included within that development contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the revised development contract be further amended by stating that
the cost of the improvements included within the development contract will be
assessed against Outlots C, D and G and Lot 1, Block 1 of Plymouth Hills Addition
and, further, that the developer is waiving their right to an assessment hearing
for the project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Ma or Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereo Mayor Hunt, Councilmembers Davenport,
Hort, Neils and Schneider

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
